Role and Responsibilities: 

• Apply the fundamental ideas, theories, and concepts of a function to limited-scope assignments.
• Professional concepts and theoretical knowledge obtained through specialized training, schooling, or prior experience are used. 
• Enhancements, updates, and changes to codes and programs for components and subsystems of system software, such as operating systems, compilers, networking, utilities, databases, and Internet-related tools.
• Executes established test plans and protocols for assigned code sections; finds, logs, and debugs errors.
• Develops an understanding of, and relationships with, internal and external development partners in the design and development of software systems.
• As a member of a project team of other software systems engineers and internal and external development partners, develops dependable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions for low to moderately complex goods.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of experience developing systems software
• Python and C/C++ programming skills are required.
• Knowledge of the Linux/Windows/VMware operating systems and internals
• It is preferable to have knowledge of server, storage, and networking fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of testing, coding, and debugging techniques
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong English written and vocal communication skills.
