Job Title: Associate Quality Engineer
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Bangalore or Kolkata
Experience: Fresher - 2 years.
Role and responsibilities:
- Works with the Agile team to identify scenarios and workflows that best depict client usage of the application.
- Assist with requirements and design evaluations to ensure functional accuracy.
- Create, implement, and document test plans to guarantee that the product we generate is accurate.
- Analyzes faults, does root cause analysis, and works with others to fix problems.
- Identifies testing risks and applies mitigations to generate a quality product within the defined delivery timetable.
- Partner with individuals who recommend, arrange, and facilitate cross-departmental testing events to assure application quality.
- Attend client focus groups and engage with clients as needed.
- All other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
Education and Skills:Â
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or comparable area, or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle, testing procedures, and quality assurance
- Strong analytical ability.
- A comprehensive understanding of testing and quality processes.
- Skilled at quickly learning new products, properly estimating task durations, and completing tasks on time.
- Clear, effective verbal and written communication abilities
