Function and accountability:

• From the initial stages of planning through implementation, collaborate with the top user experience researchers, program managers, product planners, and developers worldwide.  
• Finding chances and coming up with creative ideas can help us shape the design direction and increase the success of our existing successful items. 
• Focusing on user and customer needs and converting them into product experiences will show that you are obsessed with your customers. 
• Design solutions should be produced and evaluated in light of user research findings, user objectives, and business needs. 
• Recognize and consistently use the design frameworks and concepts provided by Microsoft. 
• Put the goals of the business and the user in the context of your design solutions to promote them. 
• In order to enable interaction designs for software-based experiences, create wireframes, journey maps, user tasks and scenarios, task flows, and personas. 
• Participate in routine design reviews, assess the designs in comparison to the project and design goals, and assist in locating and reducing any risks and gaps.

Eligibility requirements:

• presently pursuing a bachelor's degree in an associated field, such as industrial design, product design, human computer interaction, etc.
• must still have at least one quarter or semester of school to complete after the internship.
